"These nice posts about Jim are from people who pay a great deal of money for insurance products. His "niceness" is an act. In real life this man is rude and ignorant. He is the male version of an out of control "karen". If these clients saw his behavior last night when dealing with prowess canine on oak park, you would be horrified. PROWESS CANINE has permission from a tenant in the building to use the parking lot for outdoor dog training after the business hours of any business in the building. He watched on video and then got over to the parking lot in his little "Tonka truck toy car" and proceeded to go off on the trainers running the dog class. When the trainer tried to have a polite exchange it was not possible for this "little man". He then proceeded to verbally be aggressive to the class attendees. What he should have done is go back and speak to the lady who gave permission to prowess. Guess when you were monitoring your cameras video feed you found this neighborly gesture intolerable. Mr. Oak park...I don't think so."

"Wish I cancelled sooner. It seems no one is there to answer the phone. NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS EVEN THOUGH THEIR GOOGLE PAGE SAYS THEIR HOURS ARE 9am-1pm. You leave messages for call backs and will never hear from this office. I called to have my mortgage insurance cancelled and refund the money back to my mortgagee. They send the check to me giving me another chore. They’re quick to take your money but slow to ever help you."

"Awful company. They elected to not renew my policy for absolutely no reason. When I called to inquire, they did not explain why. This is awful business practice that's discriminating against members of the LGBT community without citing a proper reason. I am outraged especially since I've been a member of this company for over 15 years. No loyalty at all to its customers."

"We have had our insurance through Jim Fuentes State Farm for years & years! We've never had any problems, in fact, when we had a bad hailstorm, Jim's insurance office was more than helpful. I don't understand some of the reviews I just read on here, I will say that if anyone ever has an issue, they need to contact Jim personally to get it worked out. As a business owner myself, we can't always be there to answer each question & rely on employees to help us handle a situation. Jim is nothing but the BEST in our eyes! He is someone you can definitely trust!"

"This establishment is absolutely terrible at book keeping. Some how they set up a bank account for direct withdraw that kept having payments rejected because it was a non existing account. They kept sending me notices of declined payments on an account that was not mine and I did not agree to. Then they made a registered driver a policyholder (a now ex fiance) so in order to get my refund both signatures have to be on the check because they set it up wrong from the beginning. Fairly certain this is either a scam company or incompetent company because there is no reason to screw up this bad. How do you make up random bank accounts for your customers? Do not use this company."

"Had insurance through this office for six months and it was a nightmare. They messed up my paperwork and told me i would not be renewed when i looked into other insurance companies they called me to assure me i would be renewed if i signed paperwork they never told me i had to sign. Went in signed the paperwork and was told everything would be fine for my renewal but they never renewed my insurance and when i called i never even received a call back like i was told i would. Dont waste your time with this office unless you want to be stuck scrambling for insurance."

"There is one person in the office worth talking to. I believe his name is Mark. Its not George and it most certainly isnt the rude lady that cant get anything right that answers the phone. we Have approx 15 policies with state farm and were treated like total crap. I was even told that I did not know the reason of my phone call to them that was not the reason that I should be calling them. The best thing Jim could do is restaff most of his office with people who know what the hell they are talking about and arent so rude. I have pulled everyone one of my policies with him. Pick someone else if you want good service you wont get it here"
